This 2004 Governor's Hometown Award winning monument is dedicated to all US and
Allied Military Veterans, who have served, are serving and will serve in the future; living and deceased; peace time and times of war. The names of hundreds of Lake Zurich and surrounding area residents and their relatives are engraved on bricks surrounding the monument.
